Frequently Asked Questions

What are the Shipping Terms & Timeframes?
All items are professionally packaged and wrapped accordingly to ensure a safe delivery.

Before placing your order please read the following important timeframe information.

  • If you need Ah-Tissue products in less than 14 business days, unfortunately I won't be able to fulfil your order and if you pay for the order and is doesn't fit with our timeframe it will be refunded back to you straight away.
  • If your event date is within 14 – 21 business days, you will need to select Express Post on check out.
  • If your event date is after the 21 business days, you will be safe to select the regular shipping option or Express Post if you wish.
  • The timeframe is set like this due to the constant workload of daily orders and all my items being hand made with love by my husband and myself.
  • Please note that if you don't put an event date, I am not to know when you need these by and cannot be held responsible if they don't arrive on time.
  • If you need the product/s by a certain date, please enter it in the Event Date box (within the specified timeframes). If you do not need it by a certain date please type N/A in the box.

Postage and handling both nationally and internationally is based on weight of product/s of your order. Only after all payments of your order have been received, will your order be posted.

I will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels once posted. Each order has been securely wrapped to help prevent any damages that may occur during the postage process.

Postage within Australia usually takes between 1-3 days. International postage usually takes between 10-14 business days. If you feel your item should have already arrived at your ordered destination please contact us at ah-tissue@hotmail.com

Why does the timeframe take as long as it does?
All my items are hand made with love by myself and my husband. We give that timeframe as it could take up to that amount of time due to heavy workloads. If there is a delay for processing your order we will notify you immediately by your ordering email.

What type of postal service do you use?
We use Australia Post for all orders. If you would like any more information on Australia Post please refer to the Australia Post Website - www.auspost.com.au

Where are you shipping from?
Brisbane Queensland, Australia.

Do you ship international?
At the moment we ship as far as New Zealand. We have flat rate of $26.00 due to covering all areas in New Zealand. Please note that if you have a large order that may go over this flat rate, there may be an extra cost involved.
If you are outside this area and have an interest in my products, please email ah-tissue@hotmail.com and we may be able to help you out.

When I purchase multiple items the shipping rate seems quite high. Is there a way to reduce my shipping costs?
Unfortunatly the shopping cart can not estimate an exact postage cost because it does not differentiate states or postcodes. Therefore we need to estimate an average postage cost that will cover WA and well as VIC. Due to ever order being different it is hard to work out excat weight and cost but in the case the postage is less the estimated amount we will refund some postage cost back to you. Please feel free to ask any questions.

What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in Australian Dollars

Due to customers wanting different materials for tying (eg. fishing line, string, ribbon, wool etc...) and wanting different lengths, I have left that up to the customer to decide what they need.

What do you suggest I do to connect the Hanging Poms to the ceiling?
Depending on the type of ceiling, there are many different options that can be used.
